especially liked the eco-friendly message -- vats of shampoo and body wash in the shower, instead of wasting packaging on individual portions -- and optional daily linen/towel changes. Room was clean and comfortable.
although I was happy to have a complimentary breakfast, the quality of the cooked food was not great.

The best thing is location - close enough to harbor and the pier and the aquarium.

Delicious food, decent size and updated room with very comfy beds as well as shower. Paid US$ 110. Location right by the port and the science museum and the inner harbor and the attractions there.

We chose this hotel because of the location. It is a 5 min walk from the Inner Harbor and a 10 min walk from Power Plant Live. Knowing Baltimore can get pretty sketchy/ghetto at night, we wanted to make sure we were close to the areas we planned to visit. It was a great choice! Hotel room was very clean and beds were comfy.
My only complain about this hotel was the vallet service. It is $32 a day. When our car was brought to us the hotel employee had rap music blasting in our car (my boyfriend had turned the radio off before giving them the car originally). On our way home we found a flyer for some random party that didnt come from any of us (we didnt use our car during our stay in baltimore)...so we have a strong feeling somebody took our car out for a spin. The one thing we regret is not having looked at the mileage beforehand...that would've confirmed our suspicion.

The valet staff were very helpful. The room was fine, but a bit cramped for our group.
The breakfast could have been better, I was over charged for parking the first night.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was amazing! I've never had a quicker check in and the morning we were leaving we let them know what time we needed our car and the moment we pushed our chairs in from eating breakfast the very polite valet man approached us and asked if he could put our luggage into our vehicle. Super impressive!
I would definitely stay again but the bed wasn't the softest then again there's no need bed like my own and our room stayed very warm even after turning the air down far.

Location to Inner Harbor and baseball field
Artrived early - was told to come back after 1. We went at check in time of 3 and took was still not ready. We were there for a ball game that started at 4. Was told they would "steal" a room from someone else. **Ac was not working - room temp in 80's - found out in am it was most, if not all, the rooms! Terrible!! Beds were very hard.

Very comfortable space to eat breakfast. Loved the little privacy cubbies. The brown bag full of snacks and a water was fabulous. My eight year old loved them and ate everything in the bag two days straight.
My kids love swimming but it was really toasty in the room if you were just sitting to watch them.

The breakfast was ok. Location was good, we could walk to the convention center.
The room was a bit shabby. The building next door was so close that I was not able to see the sky from the windows. The room was very dark.

We had to pay extra for Valley parking

The Kings room was a good size and the bathroom was spacious. I checked the bathroom first to make sure it was clean and was relieved that they kept it in good order and no dusty corners. We enjoyed the free breakfast offered which had a good selection. Location is great for the price paid and the room was above mediocre.
The couch seatings looked and smelled a little old. The carpet needed a good cleaning because it was very dirty despite it being a dark color I can still tell. My little ones ran around bare feet and in less than an hour their little feet were stained grayish. The maids did a good job the first night checking in but during the stay the rooms weren't as clean as the first night.

The staff was very friendly. Having breakfast every morning was a great perk. The hotel was also very lovely to the eye.
We stayed on the second floor and it was pretty obvious that it was once a smoking floor that was converted to non-smoking. The hallway reeked and was generally unpleasant. The room was much better than the hall.

fantastic spot for exploring baltimore's best attractions
I loved how close I was to the National Aquarium, just a 500-meter stroll away, and enjoyed the quick walk to the Maryland Science Center. It was comforting to see that the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Liked breakfast being served until 10am, and the valet parking was extremely convenient (especially at a very late check-in.
Valet parking was a little expensive for an overnight stay.
